URU ART HARBOUR
URU art harbour is a cultural hub situated at Kochi. URU seeks to be a space for collaboration and a continual hub for artistic, cultural, and intellectual exploration. Founded by Riyas Komu and Zoya Riyas.
Aazhi Archives and Uru Art Harbour are proud to present Shilpi Rajan, one of the living legends from Kerala, a self-taught artist hails from Thrissur, create his sculptures from natural materials in spirit of making shapes, enduring life and humour layered with tragic marks.

Pandithar is a Hindu community that has roots in Madurai region of Tamil Nadu. According to the oral accounts of the community, they were traditionally practitioners of indigenous medicine, who were invited by the King to settle in Kochi.
Saraswat Non-Brahmins is a Konkani speaking Hindu community from Goa. Saraswat traditionally were Temple artists. The women in the community were not allowed to get married and were forced to dedicate their lives to the temple.
